Fat loss and weight loss aren’t necessarily the same thing. Many people lose muscle when they lose weight , either because they cut down on calories too much, or because they don’t do the right training to keep the muscle on. However, our advice will ensure you train effectively, so that your body will realise it still needs muscle and will retain it as you achieve fat loss.

The body transformations you can achieve with us result not only from a joint effort by you and our coaches via training and nutrition but also from rectifying any postural imbalances and improving your breathing technique. If you want to look good you need good posture. This will affect how you move and how you look.
